The participants in the exchange programme share what they learned in simple and clear presentations. They show examples of how news can be made easier to understand. They also talk about what worked well and what could be improved. In the end, they suggest the best ways to make news more accessible for everyone. The exchange programme is part of this project, where members from partner organisations visit others to learn from their best practices in producing easy-to-understand news.

The online conference introduces the project’s findings to the public and officially launch the online hub. The online hub is a webpage that shares simple journalism tips and examples in different languages. Experts and project members explain how the recommendations can help make news clearer and more inclusive. Attendees are able to ask questions, share thoughts, and learn how to use the guidelines. This event makes easy-to-understand journalism available to more people across different countries.
