On 30 September and 1 October 2025, Uniamoci APS hosted the exchange for representatives from Radiotelevizija Slovenija, the Austrian Broadcasting Corporation (ORF), and Latvijas Radio. Journalists and media professionals visited the socio-educational centre Uniamoci in Palermo, where they met with staff, users, and volunteers.
During the visit, guests were guided through Uniamoci’s journey in adopting easy-to-read language, with a special focus on the production of accessible news. Presentations focused on sharing the know-how accumulated over the years, while also opening discussions on past achievements and future plans. The programme was enriched by a round table with end-users, fostering direct dialogue and feedback and a live web-radio interview with the guests during the weekly broadcast of Web-radio Senza Barriere.
Sharing moments of local culinary culture helped strengthen human relationships among participants. Beyond professional exchange, the event was marked by a warm and cooperative atmosphere, offering a perfect emotional conclusion to the exchange programme of the ENACT project.
